Nigeria Poultry Show
The Nigeria Poultry Industry growth rated a geometric positive momentum in the recent time which has called for joint responsibility of all that is involved to keep it. The Nigeria Government is making all that could be expected in supporting farmers in the country to operate in a productive atmosphere for attaining an international standard therefore farmers should utilise the efforts of the government to attain and sustain the gesture for a quick development.
The Nigeria Poultry Show 2021 is the 11th Edition of the Show in Nigeria and the biggest Poultry Show in West Africa. The Poultry Show has been gaining tremendous growth in the last nine years, a growth measured in terms of participation of farmers and investors from within and outside Nigeria with the active participation of the Nigeria Government in these years. Data and records have shown that the program started with about 18 Exhibitors and less than 250 participants in the year 2000 who are majorly farmers from Nigeria and have grown to over 45 Exhibitors – (local and International) with 4780 participants from within Nigeria, West Africa, Africa and Countries like Germany, Italy, India, USA, UK, China, Belgium, Holland amongst others in 2018 with the expectation that it this will be sustained – a mandate for the organizer of the Annual Show – Poultry Association of Nigeria, South West, that in 2030 a landmark would have been attained. These past records have been achieved greatly by Nigeria Investors in terms of their financial, technical and moral supports especially at periods of Challenges in the Industry, we hereby appreciate the unrelenting efforts of these ones and the Nigeria Poultry farmers, we give kudos to all and we expected better performances in years ahead.
